Sydney Out On The Weekend Cancelled

Saturday’s planned Out On The Weekend festival at Bella Vista Farm in Sydney has been cancelled. Promoter Love Police has advised that this is due to that face that ‘ticket sales just deemed the event an impossibility both financially and logistically.’  All ticket buyers have been contacted with information on refunds.

The Love Police statement adds, ‘Rest assured all Artists and suppliers to the event will be paid and the dream of an event in Sydney will continue. We thank those who had supported the event so far.’

Out On The Weekend was to feature Kasey Chambers, Dawes, Jonny Fritz, Jamestown Revival, Ruby Boots, Mustered Courage, Barna Howard, Shelly Colvin, The Morrison, Oh Reach, James Thomson and William Crighton with the Out On The Weekend house band lead by Robert Ellis.

Love Police have offered by way of compensation Sydney ticket holders a free ticket to several shows at the Newtown Social Club by international acts who were to play Out On The Weekend: Sam Outlaw, Jonny Fritz & Shelly Colvin on October 25 and Jamestown Revival on October 22.
