While Neil Young has been raising money for his high-fidelity music player PONO, he also found time to visit Jack White at Third Man Records in Nashville and use the restored 1947 Voice-O-Graph recording booth to record his 35th album, A Letter Home, available on vinyl now and other formats from May 27.
A Letter Home sees the 68-year-old Young covering songs from fellow Canadian Gordon Lightfoot, Willie Nelson, Phil Ochs, Tim Hardin and Bob Dylan.
The album is streaming for free until May 27 via The Huffington Post.
