Steve Earle & Paul Kelly For Weekend In The Gardens!

After the overwhelming success of its inaugural event in March, A Weekend In The Gardens makes a triumphant return this November with three nights of music headlined by Paul Kelly, Missy Higgins and Illy.

The concerts in Melbourne’s iconic Royal Botanic Gardens take place on Friday November 17, Saturday November 18 and Sunday November 19.

Developed by the team behind the highly successful a day on the green winery series, A WEEKEND In The Gardens was instantly embraced by music lovers and brought nearly 12,000 Melburnians into the beautiful surrounds of the Gardens.

One of Australia’s most loved and respected artists, Paul Kelly kicks off the weekend on Friday night (November 17), in the only Victorian show of his Life Is Fine national tour. Joining him is Grammy Award-winning, American folk troubadour and roots rocker Steve Earle and Middle Kids.

Saturday night (November 18) sees ARIA Award-winning rapper and hip-hop artist Illy head up a lineup that will also feature Thundamentals, Spit Sydnicate and Birdz.

Missy Higgins will headline Sunday night (November 19) along with Dustin Tebbutt, All Our Exes Live In Texas and Harry Kakamarra

In addition to the outstanding lineup of music, A WEEKEND In The Gardens will again be serving up food in a vastly expanded relaxation area called The Eatery with offerings from Melbourne’s most popular food trucks and operators, along with cocktails, spirits and premium beers.
