Justin Townes Earle/Sam Outlaw Tour

Love Police has announced the return to Australia of Justin Townes Earle, hot on the heels of the release of his latest album Absent Fathers, which arrived just four months after its companion piece Single Mothers.

Earle in Australia last October but he will return for selected solo dates in April 2015 which will mark his eighth tour here in as many years.  This time around he will showcase the two latest albums.

Supporting Earle on this tour will be Sam Outlaw, a South Dakota native living in Los Angeles, whose debut full length album Angeleno has been produced by roots music legend Ry Cooder with a cast of that includes Bo Koster (My Morning Jacket), Taylor Goldsmith (Dawes), Gabe Witcher (Punch Brothers) and Danny Garcia (Reverend Baron).

He has also been Editor since its reincarnation in 2013. He also presents the weekly music interview program Off The Record on 102.7 Triple R-FM (rrr.org.au) in Melbourne. It is networked to 45+ stations across Australia on the Community Radio Network and is a four-time winner of the Best Music Program Award from the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia.
